Lyndsey Sheerer - Chef/Owner
Lyndsey first began her professional culinary journey in 2006 at OCVTS in New Jersey where she learned all of the basics and jumped into the restaurant and hospitality field. This opportunity lead her to further her education at the CEC in Asbury Park and eventually JWU Denver, where she graduated with high honors and degree of B.A. in Culinary Nutrition/Dietetics.
After undergoing open heart surgery in 2015 and enduring a long recovery process, she found a new passion for food as a nurturing healing source - That is were A la Heart Creations was born. Through A la Heart, Lyndsey strives to wow her clients through colorful plating, delicious flavor profiles and most importantly - nutritious, locally sourced menu selections.
